Since arriving in L.A., Aaron has studied with many fine teachers, including Arlene Golonka, Brenda Vaccaro & Scott Colomby. He has appeared in several theatrical productions, including Psychic Glitter at the Renberg Theatre, Sex, Relationships & Sometime Love at The Actor’s Playpen & Vesper’s Eve at the Sunset-Gardner Stages. He has also appeared on 5 game shows (so far) & has done a few film voice-overs. It is with great pleasure that he is once again working with the amazing Eric Casaccio on this very meaningful short film. A shout-out to all fellow “freaks”; let your freak flags flyhigh!
The Texas native graduated from Texas A&M University. But before landing in LA, he had an unexpected stint in San Diego where he worked as a model for international male and then off to Tokyo Japan, where he sang in a male strip show for affluent Japanese women. Once in LA, he has had acting roles ranging from CIA muscle, backsliding sex and drug addict to a metro-sexual caveman.

Katrina grew up in Washington state and moved to L.A. after attending college at the University of Washington. She has studied acting and voice over in L.A. and New York. You can currently see her onstage at iO West performing with the all-female improv troupe, Lola.
Darla from American Express
Shelby Janes has been acting since the age of 9 when she was cast in The Sound of Music. She spent many summers in New York City honing her craft in small TV roles and commercials. She continued her training at Missouri State University, where she received a BFA in Theater Performance. Ms. Janes moved to LA and was a founding member of the critically acclaimed Unknown Theater. She is now a member of SkyPilot theatre company and you can catch her in the recently released film Albino Farm and the upcoming films, Boy Toy, A Holiday Heist, and Give Me One Reason. Shelby adds Freak to her voice over experience, which includes the VH1 hit, Illustrated, where in the course of the 2 seasons, she was the voice of over 50 characters.
Tommie Tinker is very excited and thankful to have lent his vocal talents to this extraordinary cinematic experience. This is his first film project - most of his experience has been on the stage. He joins us after recently completing acting classes with David Dean Bottrell in Hollywood, CA where he learned the value of listening and honestly responding accordingly. His last stage experience was with The Varmits Improv Group on the Queen Mary and also as a stage-reader for the Long Beach Playhouse for their Original Work Festival. He has been lucky enough to be involved in some wonderful stage performances including The Glass Menagerie, Lend Me a Tenor, Gypsy, Lil' Abner and Dearly Departed.
Angela McEwan, who voices the Mom in Freak,was also the mom in the very first staged reading of Eric's show Psychic Glitter. She was La Strega in The Rose Tattoo at Long Beach Playhouse, and EvaTemple in Orpheus Descending at the Bellflower Playhouse. She has appeared in award-winning student films, mainly Chapman College productions, as well as a number of commercials. She speaks fluent Spanish and has worked as a court and conference interpreter.
